Singapore Fashion Runway (SFR) is a social enterprise that nurtures people with special needs and/ or disadvantaged groups through its FASHION FOR A SOCIAL CAUSE movement. SFR was created and conceived by Eileen Yap, the founder of local fashion label Noël Caleb and a mother of three. Eileen is also an Honouree of the Spirit of Enterprise Award 2014. She was also the first recipient of the Social Innovation Fund. In 2015, Eileen represented Singapore at the ASEAN Entrepreneurship Summit - fashion category and was nominated for the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards 2017.

Lilian Ong is a social entrepreneur and community builder. She has provided mentoring at various social community groups, organisations, Institutions & events. Lilian has an intimate relationship with her husband and 2 beautiful young adult children. She found her calling with a simple goal to teach her children COURAGE and to lead them by example, by walking the talk. Most of her time now is devoted to her calling to inspire & empower women to renew their minds and break their self-sabotaging behavioural patterns to live their dreams and a life of CLASS: Courage, Love, Authenticity, Stewardship & Significance with her custom-design, The Courage Blueprint.
